In accordance with Uniform Rule 48(d), Senator Hughes, Chair,                                                                   
moved and asked unanimous consent SENATE BILL NO. 32 "An Act                                                                    
relating to criminal law and procedure; relating to controlled                                                                  
substances; relating to probation; relating to sentencing; relating to                                                          
reports of involuntary commitment; amending Rule 6, Alaska Rules of                                                             
Criminal Procedure; and providing for an effective date" be discharged

from the Judiciary Committee. Senator Begich objected, then                                                                     
withdrew his objection. There being no further objection, the bill was                                                          
discharged from the Judiciary Committee.
